verschiedensten Berufen, egal ob wir \u00fcber unser Gehalt, Vertr\u00e4ge oder Arbeitsbedingungen verhandeln oder ob wir versuchen, einen Konflikt zu l\u00f6sen- sei es als Konfliktpartei oder als MediatorIn.
