den meisten Personalauswahlprozessen wimmelt es nur so von (versteckten) Vorurteilen. Wir versuchen oft nur, Klone von uns selbst zu finden, bewusst oder unbewusst. Das zerst\u00f6rt jegliche Bem\u00fchungen, die \u201aBesten\u2018 auszuw\u00e4hlen. In diesem Workshop identifizieren wir Schritte im Personalauswahlprozess, in denen diese Vorurteile auftreten und erarbeiten L\u00f6sungen, um diese auszuschalten, damit wir wirklich \u201adie Besten\u2018 ausw\u00e4hlen. Dabei handelt es sich um eine relevante \u00dcbung f\u00fcr alle, die an versteckten Vorurteilen und deren Einfluss auf unsere Arbeit interessiert sind, nicht nur Personalverantwortliche.<br \/>Wir haben einen klaren Fokus auf praktische Aspekte, die wir verwenden m\u00f6chten, um unsere Arbeitsumgebung zu verbessern. Wir betrachten Stereotype und wie diese sowohl unser Verhalten als auch das unseres Umfeldes beeinflussen. Wir werden uns eine Sammlung an praktikablen Schritten erarbeiten, mit denen Sie Ihre Personalauswahlprozesse verbessern k\u00f6nnen.
